About Transitional Housing
Our Transitional Housing Program provides older adults with a safe, time-limited place to live while they stabilize, rebuild, and transition into long-term housing. We partner with case managers, referral agencies, hospitals, churches, and community organizations to support seniors facing housing insecurity.

Our program is purpose-built for:
Seniors (55+) experiencing housing instability
Older adults with disabilities who can live independently
Senior veterans who need a safe, supportive bridge to permanent housing
Older adults leaving shelters, hospitals, or unsafe living situations
We provide a dignified, private, and stable environment while coordinating the resources they need for long-term success.
Program Highlights
Our transitional housing model includes:
Private or Semi-Private Rooms designed for comfort and independence
Fully furnished units (bed, dresser, linens, essentials)
Utilities always included
Safety-screened environments
Supportive case management through partner agencies
Assistance accessing benefits and stable income (SSI, SSDI, VA, aging services)
Warm handoffs to long-term housing providers
Our goal is to ensure each senior has a quiet, stable place to recover and prepare for their next chapter.
